In addition to our standard product manufacturing, Novum Medical Products will work together with End Users, Architects, Planners and Installers to develop and fully integrate new products or services we develop or manufacture. Our IPD process includes:

Novum Medical will work with you from design concept to the application of the design by meeting exact customer specifications, providing drawings and renderings of the product that will then be prototyped with articles of first inspection. From there a conceptual room layout will be provided, edited and implemented.
Once all designs are implemented, Novum Medical offers several post-installation services that include annual maintenance agreements, extended warranties, replacement parts and upgrade protection.
